Winthrop Community Room

The Community Room is located in the Winthrop Public Library building and is owned by the Town of Winthrop. Public bookings are currently being managed by the staff of the library, as a courtesy to the town. 

The room measures 38 x 24 feet. There is a modular divider which can split the space into two smaller rooms measuring 19 x 24 feet. Maximum capacity of the entire room is 72 people.

Small hospitality kitchen with sink and refrigerator

A “Zoom Cart”, (70″ touchscreen monitor and sound bar) which can be used for video conferencing or presentations.

The Community Room is available to reserve at no cost. Each group may make up to two reservations per month. The space may not be used for any commercial or fundraising activities and may not be used as the primary location to conduct regular business operations. No funds may be solicited, and no products or services may be advertised, solicited, or sold. There are some limitations to how the space may be used, so please review the FAQ prior to requesting a reservation.
